I ordered bed runner for my grandson for Christmas on Dec 14. There was no customization, etc.
I knew there was a possibility it may not get here in time for Christmas, so I called (recording), I've emailed twice, no response. All I wanted to know is the status of my order and the approximate ship date! Charge the kind of prices they do and once they have your money could care less about customer service.
I don't know about the quality, I haven't received it yet, but if it is poor, this will be returned. It's doubtful I will EVER do business with them again!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $98.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
